We are specialized in Van Delivery as well as Postal Delivery. We have set up to very high standards in Home Delivery with our years of experiences and high storage capasity of Freezer and Chiller Unit.

Postal Delivery Schedule

Delivery of Frozen Products
Our temperature controlled Delivery Van maintains the quality of frozen products.
A specially designed Frozen Bag size of (8”X8”X8”) will keep the temperature of frozen foods for 40 hours will be provided for the Postal Delivery.
Delivery Charge
All our Van Delivery is free except Penrith, we do take a surcharge of £2.50.
As we are keeping the retail shop prices for Postal delivery, we can only provide a small discount on postal charges.

Deposit and charges for frozen bag
We will provide Freezer Bags with nil deposit for shipment. A bag costs £6.00. Usually two bags are required for a normal shipment. We only charge you £1.90 to return two bags and £1.40 for a single bag. We will provide a prepaid envelope for returning the bag.
Placing an Order
For Saturday delivery order has to be placed on or before Thursday
For Thursday delivery order has to be placed on or before Tuesday

We accept Cash or Cheque after Van Delivery
For Postal Delivery we accept Visa, Mastercard and most major credit and debit cards. If you are shopping from out side the UK, your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your local currency.

Terms and Condition
When you register you will create a username and password which you must use whenever you shop with us. Please keep these in a safe place as you will be responsible for all activities and orders made under your password and username
Our Website invites you to buy goods from us. Once you have placed an order on the Website We will send you an order acknowledgement by email setting out what you have ordered with the prices on the day of order. This is not an order confirmation or acceptance from us.
Prices on the website are the prices charged in store on that day and as the store prices change, we update the website. They are therefore a guide only. There may be some slight variations by the time we are due to deliver your order. As it is difficult to select loose items such as fruit, vegetables and meat etc to an exact weight, we’ll charge you for the actual weight picked - and we always try and get as near as possible to the weight you ordered.
We do our best to ensure that we have amazing availability but we do occasionally run out of some goods. Once you place your order we will ask if you would like us to substitute an alternative similar product if your chosen goods are not in stock at the time we dispatch your order.
